Brainiacs is our Moxy Up program built to provide a safe and respectful environment for youth who have been diagnosed or are potentially diagnosed with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or attention deficit disorder.

Autism

Developmental condition with constant challenges in areas of communication, social skills and repetitive functions.

Brainiacs offers students in Douglas County, Nevada who have autism, ADHD, or ADD an opportunity to improve their academic success through:

Psychological Testing
Social Skills Group
Skills Group
Individual Applied Behavioral Analysis through Aspire Behavioral Health Services

Interventions work on:

Communication, social skills, behavior management, bullying, regulation skills, safety, self-awareness, and parent training.

Services are evidence-based clinical programs under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Child Psychologist.

Q: Does my child need to have autism, ADD, or ADHD to enroll?
A: No. If you have been working with your child’s school or child’s doctor and believe your child’s behavior is similar to autism, ADHD, or ADD please contact us.

Q: My child has a diagnosis of autism, ADD, or ADHD but no IEP or 504 can they still be in the program.
A: Yes. Please contact us.

Q: My child has an IEP or 504 but does not have a diagnosis or autism, ADD, ADHD can they be in the program.
